Perfect Family consists of 8 no’s of Profit Making Companies. This group was established in the year 2004, initially started with production of FMCG products which was marketed through its well knitted marketing channel. Gradually Perfect Production and Advertising, Perfect Consultancy, Kanchan Construction came up under perfect Family. In the year 2006, ExSem India Krishi Bikash Pvt. Ltd was taken up by Perfect Family.

ExSem India Krishi Bikash Pvt. Ltd, a company incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 promoted by a highly professional group of Perfect Family with varied experience in different fields like Agronomy, Finance, Marketing, Administration, Food Processing, Technical, Economics, Eco Tourism, Pisciculture and Animal Husbandry. The company with its multifarious activities is operating during last 5 years successfully. By this time, the company has established a Dairy with a good number of Cows and Buffaloes with the planning to introduce packaged milk in the proximate future. A duckery unit has been set up to accommodate 50,000 ducks. Besides, Poultry and Goatery is under progress. Tissue culture plants are also being supplied by horticulture wing of the Company. A food processing unit and a packaged drinking water plant is under installation.

In the very first year the Company earned a profit under the capable leadership of Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Banerjee who has a TATA management background and a successful professional career in the field of consultancy. Thereafter, the company is earning profit during the subsequent years. Mr. R.H Modi, popularly known as Mr. Russy Modi, an eminent industrialist and Ex CMD of TISCO is the Chairman of the entire Group.

Future Thinking :

Due to paucity of infrastructure in film shooting facilities in Eastern India, ExSem India has made a plan to set up a film city in consultation with Ramoji Rao Film City – an eminent group of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. In this regard dialogue has already been started with Ramoji Rao Film City to materialize this into reality.

E.E.Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of ExSem India Krishi Bikash Ltd has taken over a vast land at Nachan, Durgapur with a large water body to develop a Theme Park and Hydroelectricity Project of 5 MW Capacity based on water stored at the said water body. Discussions are in progress with various authorities.

ExSem Educational and Management Society have planned to set up and to run an English medium school in Kolkata. The school may start from early phase of 2011-12.

The company has already been tied up with a renowned Tissue culture Lab at Hyderabad where Teak, Banana, crippling Mango etc is being produced. In future there is a plan to establish this type of Lab may be set up at our Deul Park Project.

There is a plan for setting up a club for the honorable and sophisticated people of the area inside Deul Park Project. The construction work for the same is under progress.

The company has made a plan to introduce and circulate 3 daily news papers from Kolkata, Durgapur and Siliguri of which the news paper in Siliguri and Kolkata has already in circulation. The paper will be started in Durgapur very soon. Further the company is thinking to launch F.M radio. With a view to this a new company has been formed in the name and style of HIXEM India.

The company is thinking for running various professional Training Centre like for security training.
